Direct To Print:
For Direct To Print/Custom Made Printed Clothing/ Products - We do not accept returns or offer refunds for mistakes on ordering a wrong size, style or color as design is only issued for print, when a customer places and confirms an order at checkout. Review your order before finishing checkout to avoid any issues. We will also send an e-mail with details about your order immediately after the order has been placed, and if there are any discrepancies, eg address etc. in your order at that point, please contact us immediately to make a change via our support team email sales@bornewarriorapparel.com
However, once the order has been printed, in fulfillment, and, or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
We are not bound to make changes or modifications to your order, but we will do our best to try support on a case by case basis.
Order never arrived : If order does not arrive, please let us know. Firstly, customer should check their shipping confirmation and check that the correct address was entered. If the address detail was entered incorrectly, customer will be liable for reshipment cost to resend the order.
Wrong Address : If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our custom print facility. Customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with the customer.
Lost Shipment : It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. The custom print service will not make any refunds and will not resend the product.
Damaged items: If your product is damaged or has a print error, we will provide a replacement. Contact us within 7 days of your order being received. We will request that you send us a photo and the packing slip with the order number, so we can work with our custom print facility to get a replacement issued pending a review of the detail sent.
