Direct To Print:

For Direct To Print/Custom Made Printed Clothing/ Products - We do not accept returns or offer refunds for mistakes on ordering a wrong size, style or color as  design is only issued for print, when a customer places and confirms an order at checkout.  ( This Is specific To Borne Warrior Print On Demand Apparel, Custom Prints, Mugs, Patches) Please reach out to us via email if you have any issues at sales@bornewarriorapparel.com

*PLEASE READ SIZE CHART & DESCRIPTION DETAIL CAREFULLY*  Sizing Charts are under each product.

Review your order before finishing checkout to avoid any issues. We will also send an e-mail with details about your order  immediately after the order has been placed, and if there are any discrepancies, eg address etc. in your order at that point, please contact us immediately to make a change via our support team email  sales@bornewarriorapparel.com

However, once the order has been printed, in fulfillment, and, or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

We are not bound to make changes or modifications to your order, but we will do our best to try support on a case by case basis. 

 Order never arrived : If order does not arrive, please let us know.  Firstly, customer should check their shipping confirmation and check that the correct address was entered. If the address detail was entered  incorrectly, customer will be liable for reshipment cost to resend the order.

Wrong Address If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our custom print facility. Customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with the customer.

Lost Shipment : It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered.  The custom print service will not make any refunds and will not resend the product.

Damaged items: If your product is damaged or has a print error, we will provide a replacement. Contact us within 7 days of your order being received. We will request that you send us a photo and the packing slip with the order number, so we can work with our custom print facility to get a replacement issued pending a review of the detail sent. SHIPPING POLICY FOR DIRECT TO PRINT/CUSTOM PRINTED:

Estimated shipping times
  • Asia Pacific: 10 - 20 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10 - 20 business days
  • Europe: 10 - 14 business days
  • North America: 3 - 7 business days (some order may take longer) 
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates.  Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

 Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs


International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns, exchanges for:
  • Custom or personalized orders, made to order kits, set, vials, gift sets, sage, incense, candles, crystals, tumbled stones, sand, salts, charcoal, resins, palo santo, custom made jewelry, made to order products, hand crafted products.
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
  • Services
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

IF NOT RETURNED TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS, WE WILL BE SUBMITTING A FEE TO YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS ISSUED AND ALL EXPENSES, PRODUCTS, LEGAL fees, administration costs, WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU AND PAID IN FULL BACK TO US.
