What Method of Printing Do You Use & Are Your Inks Eco Friendly and Non-Toxic:
- DTG inks are eco-friendly, CPSIA-compliant, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and soluble in water. They're free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE).
DTG (direct-to-garment) printing is like using a regular printer, but on t-shirts. Designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorb into the fabric.
We use the DTG method for most of our t-shirts. That's because it yields quality prints, it's cost-effective for one-off orders, and there's almost no limit to the colors and fine detail you can use in your designs.
How Should I Wash My Printed Garments :
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.
How Do I Choose The Right Size of T-Shirt :
Everyone loves a good T-Shirt & it makes for the most universal wardrobe statement piece for you, dress it up, dress it down, further more, if it's an artistically designed Tee, then you are really going to rock that outfit! So getting the right fit is essential.
We advise using the size guide details for each specific T-Shirt that's listed under each Design. Use a t-shirt you have already, and are happy with the fit, measure it for reference - compare the sizing to the guide.
What If My Order Is Lost In The Mail :
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We will ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense. Please read Returns Policy in the footer menu on our main home page.
